Bryce Parks is an award winning media designer. He is the Publisher of Dubuque365.com and publisher of 365ink Magazine. Bryce holds a degree in Communications from the University of Northern Iowa. He served as Communications Coordinator for the Dubuque Community School District and as an adjunct professor for Clarke College. He is also an accomplished musician.

Over the past decade, many organizations, including the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce, Greater Dubuque Development Corporation, City of Dubuque, the Diamond Jo Casino, and a host of others have turned to Bryce for timely, effective solutions to their digital video, graphic design and website needs. He played an integral role in the promotional effort for funding America's River Phase 1, the River Valley Initiative, and Dubuque's employee recruitment initiatives.

Bryce is an active member of the Dubuque Jaycees and Chairman of the Five Flags Civic Center Commission. He, too, was honored as an Outstanding Young Iowan in 2004. Bryce is also an accomplished musician, though he prefers the term rock star.
